Official Register of Instruments

Public Record of the Sovereign Order of Continuity

The Sovereign Order of Continuity maintains this Register as its official public record of institutional acts, declarations, and foundational instruments.

This Register exists to preserve continuity of authority through documentation, to establish institutional memory, and to provide a lawful reference point for governments, academic bodies, allied institutions, and future generations.

It does not create authority.
It records authority already exercised under the Doctrine and Charter of the Order.

It is not a forum for commentary, promotion, or transient communication.

It is the formal ledger of the Order’s public voice.

Such instruments may include, but are not limited to:

  • founding declarations of the Order;

  • establishment of councils, offices, or divisions;

Each instrument is recorded by date of issuance and preserved as part of the permanent institutional archive.

Authenticity is established through:

  • formal designation within the instrument;
  • institutional seal or recognized mark of the Order;
  • internal archival record maintained by the Order.

Continuity of record constitutes continuity of authority.

Where appropriate, instruments may also be lodged with allied institutions or preserved within external archives.
